2) Scope of Application<\/b>
These conditions govern the buying and selling transactions made by customers through the following website: www.webdiamonds.it<\/a><\/p>\n

3) Conclusion of the Contract<\/b>
The customer, by submitting the order, will conclude the contract for the purchase of goods through the website www.webdiamonds.it and will approve the conditions of sale, declaring that he\/she considers himself\/herself sufficiently informed about the contractual conditions in force.
The contract of sale will be concluded exclusively through the Internet network by means of the Customer’s access to the address of this site, where, following the procedures indicated, he\/she will be able to proceed with the purchase of one or more products offered for sale.<\/p>\n

4) Product Description and Guarantee of Authenticity<\/b>
The product purchased will be the same as that displayed on the website. Each item is described by a caption specifying its characteristics, price and any of its own peculiarities. It should be noted that the goods for sale, since they are natural products (gold, diamonds and precious stones) may have minor color variations from the represented good. The customer, by placing the order, accepts said eventuality. <\/p>

For each item supplied, W.D.C. Srl produces its own certificate of authenticity and guarantee on which, where present, are the details of the international certifications of the stones used.<\/p>\n

5) Prices and Applicable Taxes<\/b>
The prices of the products offered for sale are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT. The sale prices, expressed in euros (\u20ac), constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Civil Code. <\/p>\n

Any customs duties and customs clearance charges for deliveries outside the national territory (Italy) and EC EC are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to variability in the price of gold and stones, W.D.C. srl reserves the right to change prices, but guarantees that the price charged will be as stated at the time of order confirmation.
Price Errors:<\/b> In case of obvious price errors on the site, W.D.C. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.<\/p>\n

6) Payment Method and Anti-Fraud Clause
<\/b>The price of the purchased goods shall be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card. All credit card transactions are protected by SSL protocol to ensure security. In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made only after receipt of the credit. <\/p>

Anti-Fraud Clause:<\/b> To prevent fraud attempts, W.D.C. srl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the customer’s identity for high value purchases. Any attempts to return non-original or substituted goods will be prosecuted and reported to the appropriate Judicial Authority. <\/p>\n

7) Delivery and Shipment Security<\/b>
The cost of delivery is borne by W.D.C. srl for orders over \u20ac999.00, except for special individually specified products and\/or promotional offers during particular periods. Each shipment will be made by express courier, with delivery times indicated at the time of order. Goods with a value over \u20ac999.00 are shipped carriage paid and insured. <\/p>

Secure Delivery:<\/b> All deliveries require a signature from the recipient to ensure that the item is received personally by the customer. For international shipments, items are trackable and insured; any customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer. <\/p>\n

8) Control of Goods and Clause for Modification of Custom Products
<\/b>The Customer is required to check the integrity and correspondence of the product received with that described on the site. Any discrepancies must be reported within 8 days of delivery of the goods.
Returns for Personalized or Custom-Made<\/b> Items: for personalized or custom-made items, the right of withdrawal is limited. Once an order for a custom-made item has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer. However, there are exceptions for certain items deemed “standard,” which can still be returned under certain conditions, as described below. <\/p>
