DELIVERY
Shipping is free in Italy if the order exceeds €999.00 and for some particular products in promotion, for which it will be specified in the description of the item.
The purchased jewelry is shipped in Italy, Europe and abroad by insured express courier.
Not included in the price are any duties for the delivery of the goods outside of Italy.
The cost for customs clearance will be borne by the customer.
We offer a parcel tracking service for extreme security in deliveries.
The jewel leaves upon receipt of payment for the same or at most within five working days after confirmation of payment if the item is in prompt delivery and does not need to be changed in any part.
If the jewelry needs to be modified or is a commissioned item, the delivery time will be determined at the time of the order.
You will receive the jewel in an elegant gift package at your address or at the address given at the time of completing your order, accompanied by the warranty certificate corresponding to the stones.
SHIPPING
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and signature delivery. Whichever shipping type you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.

RETURNS
General Terms and Conditions
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, please follow the following conditions:
Items can be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
Items must be returned:
- Not worn, in perfect condition and with the original packaging intact.
- Complete with any certificates of authenticity and attached documents.
- With any tags or warranty seals still intact.
Exclusion from return
No return is possible:
- Customized or custom-made items (specific changes requested by the customer).
- Items that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alterations beyond our control.
- Products without certificates or attached documentation.
How to return an item
To start the return procedure:
Contact us by email at [email protected] or through our “Contact Us“ section by the deadline, providing:
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photos of the product for verification of condition.
After our confirmation, you will receive detailed shipping instructions.
Ship the product to the address, Via Orti Manara, 7 Verona using an insured shipping service. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for manufacturing defects.
Refund
- Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For any damage found during the inspection, the refund may be refused or curtailed.
Defective products or errors
If you receive a defective product or one that is different from what you ordered:
- Contact us immediately by email with photos of the product.
- We will provide replacement or refund, covering return and shipping costs.
