Can I order a custom or made-to-order piece of jewelry?

Yes, we offer customization services. You can contact us to discuss your specific needs and create a unique piece of jewelry.

How can I know what my ring size is?

See our size guide to easily measure your finger at home. If in doubt, contact us for assistance.

Can I cancel or change my order after confirmation?

If the jewelry has not been customized or substantially changed from the items we consider "standard," you may request changes or cancellation of the order within a short period after confirmation. For customized or custom-made items (such as jewelry with structural changes or designed to specific customer requirements), the order cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation. We will inform the customer at the time of order if the jewelry is among the items not subject to the right of return. See our terms and conditions of sale, item 8 for more information.

What happens if the price of gold or gemstones changes after I confirm the order?

Once the order is confirmed, the price is locked in and will not be changed, even if the market changes.

2. Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Prompt delivery jewelry is shipped within 5 business days. Custom orders require longer processing time, which will be arranged with the buyer at the time of order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over €999. For lower orders, shipping costs will be added to your order total.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes, for items over $999, shipping is insured and the cost of insurance is included.

Can I track my order?

Of course. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track the delivery.

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return a piece of jewelry if I don't like it?

We offer a return policy for non-personalized jewelry within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect condition and has certifications attached, if any, when the item was delivered. Customized or custom-made items, however, are not returnable, except in specific cases communicated to the customer at the time of order. How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for instructions on the return process. Remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in special cases.

When will I receive a refund for a return?

Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund you within 5 business days.

Is your jewelry certified?

Yes, all our diamond and/or gemstone jewelry comes with certificates of authenticity and quality, either issued by international gemological laboratories or directly by W.D.C Srl.

5. Materials and Quality

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

We use only high-quality materials, such as 18-karat gold and natural precious stones. Each piece of jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity stating its specific characteristics.

What should I do if the jewelry gets damaged?

We offer after-sales service. Contact us and we will provide you with instructions to have the jewelry evaluated and repaired if possible.

6. Payments and Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and Klarna. All transactions are safe and secure.

Are the payments secure?

Yes, our site uses SSL encryption to protect all financial information. In addition, credit card transactions take place on secure banking platforms.

Can I request an installment payment?

On our site you will be able to find two types of installment payments, through the PayPal platform and Klarna.

Can I see your jewelry in person?

Absolutely! We are happy to welcome you to our Verona office at 7 Orti Manara Street. We are open Monday through Friday with the following hours: 9:00 am-1:00 pm and 2:00 pm-6:00 pm. However, if you are unable to reach us in person, we also offer an appointment consultation service via video call, so you can see our jewelry and receive dedicated assistance wherever you are.
